This interactive workshop introduces audiences to terminology, best practices and practical tools for LGBTQ inclusion in the workplace. Participants will be invited to share from their own experiences, become familiar with terms and pronouns, and integrate recommendations for supporting colleagues, students and stakeholders across the Harvard community.
Audience: This course is intended for Harvard Longwood Campus staff, faculty, post docs and affiliates.

Organized by members of du Bois Society, LGBTQ@GSAS, the Latinx Student Association, and the GSAS Student Center, this event will celebrate Black History Month 2020 as part of GSAS's Film Series.
