Dr. Jennifer Potter is a clinician educator and innovator whose scholarly work focuses on reducing health disparities among populations of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities, enhancing the competency with which clinicians communicate with regard to ‘sensitive’ topics, such as sexuality, and implementing clinical quality improvement initiatives. Currently, Dr. Potter is Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, founding director of the Women's Health Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Co-Chair of The Fenway Institute—a research facility dedicated to studies focused on optimizing the health of LGBTQ populations.
